Shame on everyone in this process. This development is meant to raise the up the neighborhood, not bring it down. Building Low income apartments in this depressed neighborhood will only bring it down further. This will completely destroy the City Center. Everyone knows it, including Wendover. This is another political stunt, and Reggie's continued attack on the Mayor at the expense of the citizens of Apopka. Apopka is trying to rejuvenate downtown Apopka, to make it a place that people want to be.

Let me ask this question. Why is Wendover so insistent on building Low income housing in an area designated for luxury apartments? Why is anyone supporting them on this?
