I would improve downtown roadways with sidewalks and bike trails just like the UCF students recommended for Apopka. The improvements I need in Lockhart are major - water, sewer, lighting, sidewalks, and on street parking.

I apologize that this column was meant to address several areas. I could have been more clear.

What will help both areas is the second deck CFX is building on the SR 414 to make it a limited access road from SR 429 to I 4.
