Richard, Agreed! Politics did not kill this young man. And politics will not determine the root cause, or ensure it won't happen again. And that's what is happening. Otherwise, the questions I've asked many times now would have been answered, and we would be moving in the right direction. Instead we are in a finger pointing quagmire, and nothing productive is being done.
