Orlando police have arrested an Apopka police officer Sara Muni, 31, for allegedly driving under the influence after she got into a crash with another driver, pushed him, and blocked his path, police said. She also opened the driver’s car door without his permission and repeatedly told him she was a cop.

Police said she was not on duty at the time. The arresting officer said he could see Muni was swaying and smelled of alcohol when he came to respond to the crash on East Anderson Street and South Bumby Avenue. She refused to take a breathalyzer, records show.

She faces additional charges of burglary, false imprisonment and battery.

Muni is on unpaid administrative leave while authorities review the incident.

Apopka police said Muni was on their force for two years.
