APD in transition: Deputy Chief Miller departs, and Chief McKinley also announces projected retirement date
APD Deputy Chief Jerome Miller left on Friday and will take on the same role at the Orange City Police Department in Volusia County. Chief Michael McKinley planned to retire sometime in 2025, but there is no precise date due to recent developments.
