OCCC Contributions

The OCCC is committed to working with their clients to ensure leftover event resources get recycled back into the community. Unused food and products are donated to local schools, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations. Previously the OCCC has provided Habitat for Humanity with building materials, flowers and plants to assisted living facilities and nursing homes, food to Coalition for Homeless and food banks, educational supplies to Gifts for Teaching, and more.

All in all the Orange County Convention Center’s mission is to generate economic development. “By hosting regional, national and international conventions, meetings and trade shows, the Center infuses the local economy with new money and expanding business opportunities.” Whether you choose to attend an event, apply for a job, or reach out for a donation, the Orange County Convention Center is resource that should not go untapped.
