This Monday on LET’S TALK ABOUT IT with Rod Love and Greg Jackson, the “Dynamic Duo” is on the Final Round of the Apopka City Commission Candidate Showcase, as we welcome Suzanne Kidd (Seat #1) and Alice Nolan (Seat #2) into the studio to discuss their vision for the second largest municipality in Orange County. Reggie Connell, the Managing Editor of The Apopka Voice will also be on hand to interview the candidates.
But, before Apopka politics, the two hosts will discuss the landmark proposal by Florida Governor Rick Scott to change gun laws in the state and allocate $500-million towards school safety. It is a bit interesting why some oppose this move, but, Rod and Greg will try to make sense of it all. This is not just a Florida issue, but an issue bound for national debate and possibly the U.S. Supreme Court as gun rights advocates may view this as an assault on the 2nd Amendment.
