Posted

The 62nd Apopka Art and Foliage Festival is at Kit Land Nelson Park this weekend. The festival showcases the work of artisans, crafters, and top foliage growers, along with live music, food vendors, and children's activities.

Art lovers will be in for a treat, as the festival will feature a wide range of art styles and techniques, from paintings and sculptures to handmade crafts and jewelry. Many of the artists will be on hand to discuss their work and offer insights into their creative process, making it a unique opportunity to engage with the local arts community.

For nature enthusiasts, the foliage sale is not to be missed.

Local nurseries and gardeners will offer various unique and exotic plants, from ornamental flowers to fruit trees and herbs. Whether you have a green thumb or just appreciate the beauty of nature, the foliage sale is sure to have something for everyone.

In addition to the art and foliage, the festival will also feature live music from local performers, food vendors offering a variety of tasty treats, and activities for children, including face painting, balloon art, and more.

The Apopka Art and Foliage Festival is a great way to experience the area's vibrant arts scene and natural beauty. Bring the family, and get ready for a weekend of creativity, beauty, and fun!

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the festival are given back to the community through donations and scholarships.
