Registration for the 2017 season begins

The Apopka Recreation Flag Football Winter Season is just around the corner.

Registration is now open through December 2nd. You can register here or at the Northwest Recreation Complex main office located at 3710 Jason Dwelley Parkway in Apopka. Their office hours are Monday through Friday 8am-8:30pm.

The fee for this season is $100 for an Apopka resident and $120 for a non-resident. The fee includes a NFL-branded jersey, a flag belt and a trophy.

The games are played on Saturdays, January 7th-February 25th. During the Outdoor Festival, the games will be played on Wednesday (February 6th) instead of February 11th.

The ages (coed) are 5-12-years-old and broken into divisions of 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12 year olds.

On December 3rd there will be a skills assessment for players 9-12 years old at the Northwest Recreation Complex. On December 6th is a coaches meeting at 6PM.

All practices take place at the Northwest Recreation Complex. Most practices will be once per week, Monday through Friday 5:45PM to 8:45PM. Practices begin on December 12th.
