In order to get into the right mindset to overcome addiction, it's crucial to adopt a growth mindset and maintain a strong motivation for change. So, what does it really take to do this?
Embrace a growth mindset
A growth mindset is the belief that your abilities and circumstances can improve through perseverance and effort, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and learning.
