Tanker overturns on 414 and Orange Blossom Trail

Charges pending for driver

A tanker hauling raw sewage overturned last night and spilled its load on the roadway of 441 and 414 in Apopka, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol. The driver, Glen Stuebs, 54 of Kissimmee, was traveling eastbound on SR414 on the exit ramp to the Orange Blossom Trail and attempted to make a right turn to travel south when he overturned the tanker and spilled sewage on the roadway. Stuebs suffered minor injuries and was transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Traffic was detoured in both directions according to a passenger in a vehicle attempting to cross the intersection.

The crash remains under investigation, and charges are pending, according to the FHP.
