Orange County Clerk of Courts to Host Legal Matters Education Forum

The Orange County Clerk of Courts will host a free housing legal education forum, Legal Matters, on Saturday, October 1, 2016.

Legal Matters will focus on specific areas of housing law, with a major focus on foreclosure prevention, foreclosure lawsuits, probate, estates and property left behind.

Four seminars will be offered by legal experts who will be able to answer questions relating to housing law. The seminars include:

  • Foreclosure Lawsuits: What happens when the homeowner dies?
  • Time Waits for No One: What to do when a love one dies.
  • Florida Hardest-Hit Fund Program: How it works and who does it benefit?
  • Reverse Mortgages: What happens after death?

When: Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
