The City of Apopka is alerting residents to two potentially noisy projects taking place this week that could also affect traffic on the Ocoee-Apopka Road.
To Surrounding Homeowners and Businesses near Western Beltway Park (Ocoee-Apopka Road at Keene Road):
On August 11th at approximately 1 AM the contractor for Western Beltway Park (Ocoee-Apopka Road at Keene Road), HGR Construction, will be pouring concrete for building foundations.
Work will include many concrete trucks likely using backup “beeping” alarms. The trucks will be entering and leaving Ocoee-Apopka Road, so please be extra cautious driving in this area.

To Surrounding Homeowners near the Jason Dwelley Parkway:
Pursuant to the Noise Control Ordinances of Orange County, we are hereby notifying the surrounding residential areas that concrete placement will occur on August 11th starting at 3 AM.
All efforts will be given to mitigate the noise levels during this time.
If adverse weather or other unforeseen conditions delays any portion of the scheduled concrete placement, please note that the early morning concrete pour work will be rescheduled for the next available date.
