Community Health Centers was recently announced as a 2021 Best and Brightest Company to Work For for the fourth consecutive year by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

With offices throughout Central Florida including Apopka, CHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center, provides quality and compassionate primary healthcare services to insured, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved children and adults within Central Florida. The 2021 National winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm that reviewed several key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners.  Part of the assessment included a confidential survey that was sent to Community Health Centers, Inc. team members.  The key measures included:  Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement, and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.
