CHC receives national recognition for the fourth consecutive year

Community Health Centers was recently announced as a 2021 Best and Brightest Company to Work For for the fourth consecutive year by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

With offices throughout Central Florida including Apopka, CHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center, provides quality and compassionate primary healthcare services to insured, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved children and adults within Central Florida. With more than 550 team members, CHC provides care to nearly 70,000 patients each year

The 2021 National winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm that reviewed several key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners.  Part of the assessment included a confidential survey that was sent to Community Health Centers, Inc. team members.  The key measures included:  Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement, and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation Winners will be honored during the virtual Illuminate Business Summit week in January 2022. The Best and Brightest National winners honored 167 winning organizations from across the country out of 1,500 nominations.

During the Illuminate Business Summit, the 101 highest scoring national winning companies will be recognized. Elite Awards will be presented to the highest-scoring companies that have demonstrated exceptional, innovative human resource practices and set high standards for all businesses.

The Best and Brightest Program provides the business community with the opportunity to gain recognition, showcase their best practices, and demonstrate why each of them would be an ideal place for employees to work.
