The Apopka Police Department arrested three suspects in conjunction with 7 burglaries at Apopka area car washes on Friday.
According to APD, the 3 had been targeting coin machines at the car washes. The crimes occurred in the early morning hours, just before dawn. Despite limited evidence, diligent work by APD detectives resulted in closing 5 of the 7 incidents. The suspects have admitted to some of the crimes.
The arrestees were charged as follows:
RIGO BERTO LOPEZ – Burglary, Grand Theft and Criminal Mischief.
LANCE CODY ROBINSON – Burglary, Grand Theft and Criminal Mischief.
ZANE JOSEPH NEIDHART – Grand Theft and Criminal Mischief.
