Report Inappropriate Comments

@Richard- I have asked knowing I would not get a straight answer. I know it’s because the real answer is shameful. Shameful that this is how a city ‘leader’ handles a death at its own hands. There is no way any of these people would have the same view had Austin been their son. I will fight until I get accountability or until I draw my last breath.
