Nodcenter, as hard as they try it will never be a viable, walkable downtown center. When you throw a Winn Dixie and a chain restaurant in the mix with apartments and one of the busiest intersections in Central Florida, the vision has been lost. There was a 2025 Visioning Plan that was completely discarded by this administration. Thus we will have apartments, parking lots, grocery store, and a traffic nightmare with all the tenants living in the apartments on Alabama and 6th Street, and the apartments that will be built between the Winn Dixie and Dairy Queen.
