There is a simple resolution. What does the City of Apopka Land Development Code define as a balcony ? If it does not define a balcony, you cannot use Wikipedia lol. Stop with costing the taxpayers with litigation money and give them the permits before we get sued again. Take this as a learning experience, and amend the LDC the way staff and the community want it. Yes involve the community in any LDC changes. Because staff obviously doesn’t know.
