Report Inappropriate Comments

Former Mayor, Joe Kilsheimer had a saying when something was in the works, but hadn't been completed, and the saying was, " it's not soup yet".....I used to find it strange when Mayor K would tell people that, but found it amusing also. So I suppose on this RSR fiasco, and the with the comments and quotes above about "and my turtles are done"???......I guess one could sum up the situation and say " It's not turtle soup yet".
