Look at the last paragraph of this article, and look who's on the board of trustees......foxes guarding the hen house. Should we be surprised the funds are disappearing and shriveling up? Maybe they are investing the funds in Russian enterprises, who knows? Don't worry though, they will handled this problem, just like they did the skyrocketing property insurance relief!
