Yet another bbq restaurant? We already have enough of those. Another Italian restaurant? Where is Apopka's fabulous steak house that doesn't cost $45 for a piece of meat? I eat out almost every single day. Here's what I see. Getting away from the chain restaurants, the problem with some of the boutique type of places is they're overcharged for what you get. I love mom and pop restaurants but some of our local ones make me wonder about the cleanliness factor.

Breakfast? Nothing great - Argos is about it (aside from the chain restaurants).

Fast food - plethora of those (along with dollar stores.)

Seafood? There is only one that I'm aware of and I don't eat catfish.

Steak - I love Beef's but can't afford the Backroom for a good steak.

As for ethnic food, there are plenty of Mexican, Chinese/Asian, Italian restaurants.

What would be great?

Vegetarian - I sure do miss Sweet Tomatoes. Ethos is great, but so far away.

Indian - not sure Apopka market can support an Indian restaurant.
