Report Inappropriate Comments

Mr. Cooper detailed a list of troubling issues that I believe most Apopkans would agree with. However, I find it bothersome that everyone, with the exception of Commissioner Doug Bankson who reached out to Mr. Cooper with what appear to be genuine concern, paid lip service to these problems with the city & pushed blame around as well as lauding half finished projects or claimed many of the problems are slated for later dates in which to be dealt with. This left me wondering who's really in charge of our city & why Mr. Cooper never received a straight answer to one single issue he laid before the city council. Perhaps Mr. Cooper should have been one of the Mayoral candidate choices.
