From the Orange County Clerk of Courts
Warm weather, sunshine, and flowers in full bloom… it’s no wonder so many couple love to get married during the summer.
If you're one of the many couples getting ready for their big day soon: you can cross one item off the wedding to-do list by applying for your marriage license with the Orange County Clerk of Courts.
Your time is important, especially when you are busy with wedding planning. That's why the clerk’s office offers options like our eMarriage application, which allows you to apply for your marriage license online. You can also make an appointment from our website, so you can plan your trip to the downtown courthouse or one of our branch locations in advance and save time.
“We updated our ceremony room at the courthouse, and it provides a beautiful backdrop for couples who would like to have their ceremony performed right at one of our offices,” said Clerk Tiffany Moore Russell.
Wedding ceremonies may also be performed in English or in Spanish and at any of our branch locations in Apopka, Ocoee, and Winter Park.
For locations, and requirements for marriage licenses and ceremonies, visit the Marriage section of our website at www.myorangeclerk.com.
