This morning at 3:57 AM, Orange County Deputies responded to a home invasion at a home on the 2300 block of Old Dixie Highway in Apopka.

The victim, a white male 30 years old, was entertaining a recent acquaintance, a white female 40 years old, in his residence. Shortly after she arrived, the suspect, a white male in his 20's, arrived, forced his way into the house with a knife and demanded money from the victim and threatened to stab him.

When the victim failed to produce any money the suspect stabbed the victim multiple times. The male suspect fled the scene in a vehicle with the female. She apparently joined him voluntarily.

The victim was transported to Florida Hospital - Apopka with non-life threatening injuries.

Orange County deputies responded to a home invasion this morning at 4:00 AM at a home on the 2300 block of Old Dixie Highway according to reports.

According to the OCSO, a man went to the home and demanded money. The suspect stabbed the victim multiple times. The victim was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The incident is under investigation, and no arrest has been made.
