Election Calendar

It is that time again. The dust has settled from Apopka's municipal election and it is time to focus on county, state, and federal elections.

Here are the key dates for the upcoming Primary and General Elections:

Primary Election - August 30, 2016

• Vote-by-mail ballots mailed beginning on July 26, 2016.
• The last day to register to vote and/or update your party affiliation is August 1, 2016.
• The last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot is August 24, 2016 by 5 p.m..
• Early Voting runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, beginning on August 15, 2016 and ending on August 28, 2016. Click here for early voting locations.

General Election - November 8, 2016

• Vote-by-mail ballots mailed beginning on October 4, 2016.
• The last day to register to vote is October 11, 2016.
• The last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot is November 2, 2016 by 5 p.m..
• Early Voting runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, beginning on October 24, 2016 and ending on October 30, 2016.
