Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc.,the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, today announced that starting Sunday, July 3 through Sunday, July 10 approximately 356 participating Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins restaurants in North and Central Florida and select restaurants in Georgia, Alabama and Louisiana will collect $1 donations from guests to be distributed to The OneOrlando Fund.
Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins franchisees are partnering with The OneOrlando Fund to support the Orlando community and those most affected in the wake of the terrible tragedy that happened on Sunday, June 12. One hundred percent of the funds raised through the program will benefit The OneOrlando Fund and those most affected by this tragedy.
“Our hearts are with those who were affected by the events at Pulse night club," Apopka franchisee Carlos Ribeiro said. "We hope these donations to the OneOrlando Fund will help victims and their families during this difficult time.”
In the days following the event, Dunkin' Brands franchisees have worked to support emergency workers in the community by providing coffee and donuts wherever possible. Additionally, Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. made a $20,000 donation to The OneOrlando Fund.
