Website Enhancement Makes Getting Required Forms Easier

The Orange County Clerk of Courts recently launched a new feature on its website that allows customers to purchase a packet or multiple packets of forms required for Civil and Family matters right online.

Customers can also now order and pay online for copies of court records and documents, both certified and non-certified, from the Clerk’s Office Records Management Division.

“I hope this new feature will help enhance everyone’s experience with the Clerk’s Office and continue to make it easy to do business with us,” said Orange County Clerk Tiffany Moore Russell.

This new feature is like a “shopping cart” that you typically see on e-commerce websites, such as Amazon. The packets are used in filing a new case or modifying a case in either the Family or Civil courts such as a Small Claims, Evictions or a Divorce case.

After purchase, customers will receive an email that includes a link to download each of the packets they purchased. The packets provide instructions for filling out the forms and indicate which forms are required by the judiciary. To review the packets, go to www.myorangeclerk.com
