Rachel Montanez, the founder of Sleep 10:2.

Rachel has spent 10 years in the Professional, Training, and Coaching industry. Her grandfather’s last words on April, 5th 2016 were, “never give up.” She did just that as a new parent when she had her daughter a year later. The pain of sleep deprivation, a never-ending list of to-dos, and the transition of integrating parenthood with life was beyond difficult.

A movement to end the parent, sleepless status quo ignited in her mind, and she realized that she could help others navigate through the journey of life with a baby.

In January 2018, her practical sleep tips were quoted in NBC News and Euronews. Rachel’s expertise on sleep, time, and work-life harmony has been published in Forbes and HuffPost. She also writes professional development and parenting content for Fairygodboss.
