Memorial Day Weekend: Best War Movies

Posted

With this list of films, we attempt to pay tribute to those who gave the last true measure of devotion. Thank you veterans and those now serving in the military.

Some of these entries contain rough language. We have made note of them by including the Use TVGsymbol. The use of the TVGuardian box may make it easier to view with younger members of the household (CLICK HERE for information on TVGuardian). As for the violence, I have tried to avoid films that included gratuitous violence. The violence in the films featured clarifies the horror of war while indicating the necessity to battle evil in order to preserve the good.
