  1. I heard you both, Greg and Rod, paying tribute to Mrs. Barbara Bush. I find it so sad that Mrs. Bush has decided not to continue her treatments, and in essence, has given up hope. She has the best healthcare available, and it sure isn’t a money problem either, but yet, she doesn’t want to continue treatments. We don’t know her state- of- mind, nor her levels of discomfort, or her out- and- out pain either….. She is a lady that could identify with being anyone’s mother, grandmother, or great-grandmother. I hated to hear this news. So many people that need serious medical treatments, that don’t even have health insurance, or other means to pay for their needed treatments, because of their financial situations……it is all too sad to me, both for Mrs. Bush, and for others in need. I always thought Daddy Bush was in worse shape, health-wise, than Mrs. Bush. She is his rock, to lean on. That is a long time to be married, oh my gosh….and the thing to me, that goes through my head is, it wasn’t all that long ago in time, that Daddy Bush was still jumping out of planes to celebrate his birthdays!!!
