Episode 17: The Apopka Voice joins Love and Jackson on "Let's Talk About It"

This Monday on LET’S TALK ABOUT IT with Rod Love & Greg Jackson, the “Dynamic Duo,” will discuss “the good, the bad and the ugly” from the first State of the Union Address by President Donald Trump. Rod and Greg will also share some news from Tallahassee regarding the future of the Orange-Osceola County State Attorney, Aramis Ayala, and give their insight on who won the Apopka Mayoral Debate between incumbent Mayor Joe Kilsheimer and Orange County Commissioner Bryan Nelson.

More importantly, Rod and Greg, along with The Apopka Voice's Managing Editor Reggie Connell, have invited each of the candidates to call-in or come into the studio to share with the listening audience their respective visions for Orange County’s second largest municipality. Over the next several weeks one candidate from each race will be given the opportunity to address the issues and the finale of this series will give Kilsheimer and Nelson the opportunity to address the listeners ahead of the March 13th election.

Let's Talk About It, with Rod Love and co-host Greg Jackson, now on its 17th episode, is an edgy new radio program that has a distinct "Apopka" tone.

Hosts Rod Love and Greg Jackson are well-known figures in Apopka. Love is a local businessman and the co-chair of the Apopka Task Force against Violence. He is a consistent speaker at Apopka City Council meetings. Jackson is a local attorney that ran for the Florida Legislature in 2016 for District 45, which includes a part of Apopka.

Let's Talk About It describes itself as a show in search of results-oriented solutions. It tackles important subjects such as crime in urban communities, jobs, business growth, relationship with the police, transitioning from a mom and pop proprietorship to mom and pop incorporation and a whole lot of other action initiatives that affect the quality of life of individuals and families are the major focus.
