Defeats four challengers for State House

Kamia Brown outdistanced a crowded field of democrats to win the State House District 45 seat with 35% of the vote. Because there is no republican running, Brown will not face a challenger in November. Brown received 5,429 votes to defeat Attorney Greg Jackson with 3,104 votes (20%), Bishop Kelvin Cobaris 2,871 votes (19%), Peter Pham 2,050 votes (13%), and William Jusme 1,875 (12%).
