Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce's 2017 Gala Winner:

Businesswoman of the Year - Shannon Costello

Shannon Costello, the owner of A&C Printing, was named Businesswoman of the Year at the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce's 2017 Gala held at the Highland Manor on Friday.

Shannon Costello

Costello has worked in the printing industry for over 20 years. In 2014, she purchased A&C Printing located in Longwood, Florida. At the time of purchase, A&C was a small, quick copy shop and Shannon’s goal was to become a full-service commercial printer.

After extensive market analysis noting the impressive growth and future of Apopka, the decision was made to relocate to serve this community. Within the first two years, A&C Printing has grown 277% in sales and has tripled in size. Starting with herself and a part-time employee, A&C now has a team of five full-time employees. A&C Printing is a 100% woman owned business.

By investing in state-of-the-art equipment and positioning A&C to be highly competitive in both digital and offset production, Shannon moved the majority of operations in-house providing clients high-quality printing with quick turnaround times. Coupled with her background in graphic design and marketing has been instrumental in gaining new clients and responsible for the sizeable organic growth from existing clients.

A&C Printing clients include Anuvia, Bright House Networks, Moe’s Southwest Grill Restaurants in the southeast, LegoLand, Orlando Eye, to name a few.

Shannon is looking forward to the future as A&C Printing continues to grow and serve the Apopka community.
