Cycling is a fun and popular activity. The City of Apopka encourages kids to ride safely. Motorists should look out for children while driving through neighborhoods and around school zones.

Every year, about 300,000 kids go to emergency rooms because of bike injuries. At least 10,000 kids have injuries that require a few days in the hospital.
