George W. Smith
George W. Smith Jr, 42 of Zellwood, has been arrested and charged with Robbery.
At 4:30PM Friday, the Apopka Police Department responded to the Seacoast Bank at 345 East Main Street in Apopka for a Robbery. Witnesses inside the bank advised that Smith entered the bank and committed the robbery. Witnesses provided a description of the vehicle Smith fled in. Responding officers observed the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Smith was positively identified as the person who committed the robbery. Property and evidence from the robbery were recovered in Smith’s possession.
Smith has been transported to the Orange County Jail for processing.
