Apopka Burglary Report: Week Ending - 3/13/2017

The Apopka Burglary Report for the week 3/07/2017 - 3/13/2017 shows 7 burglaries reported in the City of Apopka.

Fantastic news! Burglaries are down by more than half for the week ending March 13th report. Two of the 5 Vehicle Burglaries were in the Willow Lakes Apartments complex off of Semoran Blvd. Also, 7 Reported Burglaries is the least number reported so far for a week ending in the first 10 weeks of 2017. More good news; 2 of the burglaries reported appear to have resulted in arrests.

Apopka Chief of Police Michael McKinley has asked us to remind everyone that many of this week's vehicle burglaries could have been prevented if everyone remembers to do two things:

• Remove all valuables from your vehicle
• Lock your car doors
