Apopka Burglary Report: Week Ending - 3/31/2018

The Apopka Burglary Report for the week ending March 31st shows 12 burglaries reported in the City of Apopka.

Two burglaries were reported at residences in the 900 BLOCK of SILVERTIP RD, and the 1900 BLOCK NICOLE LEE CIR

Two burglaries were reported at businesses in the 200 BLOCK of North Park Avenue, and the 2200 block of West Kelly Park Road.

Eight vehicle burglaries were reported in the 900 BLOCK of Georgia Avenue, the 1500 BLOCK of GOLFSIDE VILLAGE BLVD, and the 2000 BLOCK of Vista Lane (six burglaries reported there).

Chief Michael McKinley of the Apopka Police Department tells us that many vehicle burglaries could have been prevented if everyone remembers to do just two things:

  1. Remove all valuables from your vehicle
  2. Lock your car doors
