Apopka Burglary Report: Week Ending - 11/27/2017

The Apopka Burglary Report for the week 11/20/2017 - 11/27/2017 shows 11 burglaries reported in the City of Apopka.

Three burglaries were reported at businesses located in the 1900 Block of HILL DRIVE, the 2000 Block of Rock Springs Road, and the 1700 block of S ORANGE BLOSSOM TRL.

One burglary was reported at a residence located in the 2000 BLOCK of ROCK SPRINGS ROAD.

Seven vehicle burglaries were reported in the 400 BLOCK of ASHLEY BROOKE CT, the 1900 BLOCK of SHEELER OAKS DR, the 1400 BLOCK of WOODFIELD OAKS DR, the 400 BLOCK of LAKE BRIDGE LN, the 3500 BLOCK of E MONROE AVE, the 100 BLOCK of N HIGHLAND AVE, and the 400 BLOCK of S BRADSHAW RD.

Chief Michael McKinley, of the APD, tells us that many vehicle burglaries could have been prevented if everyone remembers to do just two things:

Remove all valuables from your vehicle

Lock your car doors
