Apopka Burglary Report: Week Ending - 7/17/2017

The Apopka Burglary Report for the week 7/10/2017 - 7/17/2017 shows 13 burglaries reported in the City of Apopka.

Three burglaries were reported at residences at Partnership Hills Drive, North Lake Avenue, and Crossfield Drive.

Six vehicle burglaries were reported on Parkglen Circle, Maineline Boulevard, Windy Way, Saddleback Ridge Road, Breezy Meadow Road, and Whispering Winds Court.

Four burglaries were reported at businesses on General Electric Road, South Orange Blossom Trail, East Semoran Boulevard, and West Kelly Park Road.

Apopka Chief of Police Michael McKinley tells us that many vehicle burglaries could have been prevented if everyone remembers to do just two things:

  1. Remove all valuables from your vehicle
  2. Lock your car doors

The breakdown of the burglaries reported to the Apopka Police Department last week:

        • 4 - Business
        • 3 - Residential
        • 6 - Vehicle
