From AT&T Communications

The City of Apopka is pleased to announce that it has received a $15,000 grant through the AT&T Aspire Program.  The mission of AT&T Aspire is to empower students everywhere to reach their highest potential.  The $15,000 grant will help support the City’s technology needs for the new Alonzo Williams Community Center soon to be rebuilt in South Apopka.  With this grant, the City will be able to purchase computer equipment for high school students to use after school in order that they may successfully complete their educational requirements in a safe environment.
