Solar Bears host Faith & Family Weekend

The Orlando Solar Bears will hold their annual Faith & Family Weekend, presented by Auto Justice Attorney Michael T. Gibson on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 19 at 1:30 p.m. at the ARS.com Rink at Amway Center as the Solar Bears face the Norfolk Admirals.

The weekend will feature faith-based entertainment and performances during intermissions. The Solar Bears will also host a Food Drive during each Faith & Family Weekend game to support The Forgotten Ones – a ministry to kids aging out of foster care.

Thursday, Feb. 16 – Solar Bears vs. Admirals

• Chuck-A-Puck to benefit March of Dimes
• Food Drive
• National Anthem performance by Piedmont Lakes Elementary School
• Intermission performance by JARiAN and the First Baptist Church Winter Garden Worship Team

Friday, Feb. 17 – Solar Bears vs. Admirals

• Chuck-A-Puck to benefit the Master’s Academy to help send under-resourced children to Camp Sparta
• Food Drive
• National Anthem performance by Camelot Elementary School
• God Bless America performance by The Master’s Academy
• Intermission performance by The Master’s Academy Soaring Eagles Drumline
• Intermission performance by River Springs Middle School

Sunday, Feb. 19 – Solar Bears vs. Admirals

• Chuck-A-Puck to benefit Knight-Thon at UCF
• Food Drive
• National Anthem performance by Eagle Creek Elementary School
• Intermission performance by Wilson Elementary School
• Intermission performances by Glenda’s Dance Academy
