Chamber welcomes Park Square Homes at Ambergate

Park Square Homes has opened a new model center showcasing the company’s new series of townhomes at Ambergate in Apopka. The model center was officially opened at a ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce on Monday.

A total of five home designs are available offering living areas ranging from 1,522 to 1,737 square feet. Two of the home designs offer an option to convert the second-floor loft into a fourth bedroom.

Ambergate townhomes start at $192,990.
